Terms of Service for SprintHQ App
Welcome to SprintHQ. By using the SprintHQ application (the "Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").
We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice.
"User" refers to the individual who uses our Service. "Content" refers to all information and data that is entered into our Service by the User.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it.

Subject to these Terms of Service, we grant each User of the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to use (i.e., to download and display locally) Content solely for purposes of using the Service.

By submitting Content to SprintHQ for inclusion on the Service, you grant SprintHQ a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting the Service.

The Service may permit you to link to other websites or resources on the Internet, and other websites or resources may contain links to the Service. When you access third-party websites, you do so at your own risk.
We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

In no event will SprintHQ be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any special, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, excluding that body of law pertaining to conflict of laws.
12. General Terms
If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties' original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
